I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll get a link that opens in your browser, where you can set a new password. Once it's set, come back to the app and sign in with it.
If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to the home screen, and tap Delete account. Everything goes with it — your habits, your habit history, your trackers, your streaks, and your account itself. It's permanent and can't be undone.
Why is there a daily limit on questions?
The Ask feature runs on an AI service that costs money per question, so there's a limit of 10 questions a day. It resets at midnight in your timezone. The counter under the input shows how many you have left.
Are my questions saved anywhere?
No. Your question is sent, answered, and not stored. Nobody, including me, can go back and read what you asked. The only thing kept is a count of how many questions you asked that day, so the daily limit works.
